Lehman brings more than 25 years of business, technical, operational and financial experience to Optiv, where he is responsible for spearheading the company’s information technology (IT) vision, strategy and execution of enterprise-wide IT initiatives to better serve internal and external clients, and help optimize business results. He reports to chief executive officer Dan Burns. “As we continue to grow our business organically and inorganically, and expand into new geographic regions, we needed a leader with a track record of accomplishments with transformational programs and large international teams,” said Burns. “Paul is a solid business leader with extensive experience in leveraging the power of technology and operations to achieve business goals. Lehman sits on the executive board of the CTO Forum, providing leadership for the RETHINK series, a program that addresses common challenges in information technology, software development, and research and development. He received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Christian Brothers University.
