Karen Fisher is an IT asset manager for Optiv’s service desk. In this role she specializes in asset and inventory control for all Optiv’s IT hardware/software assets. She is responsible for purchasing all IT assets as well as overseeing the daily and long-term management of software and technology-related hardware within the organization.
