Reporting to chief executive officer Dan Burns, Sanford is responsible for developing and overseeing worldwide HR strategy and programs, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and training, to ensure that they effectively support Optiv’s global growth strategy. “As a services organization, our employees have always been and will continue to be our most valuable asset. She also served as corporate counsel focused on HR benefits, executive compensation and employee benefit plans for organizations such as U S WEST (also now CenturyLink) and Holme, Roberts & Owen (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner).
