In his current role, Moffatt serves on the boards of both public and private companies, working with several private equity and venture capital firms while advising a number of their portfolio companies. Moffatt has advised numerous Fortune 500 clients during his career, working closely with C-suite executives to deliver leading insights and innovative solutions. During his tenure as Global and U.S. CEO, Deloitte Consulting was the fastest growing and most profitable business unit within Deloitte, growing the business to close to $15 billion. He was instrumental in shaping Deloitte’s pro bono program in 2008, which has since been recognized by the White House for creating significant societal impact. In addition to serving as a member of Optiv’s board of directors, Moffatt is a board member of First Hawaiian Inc., First Hawaiian Bank and Digital Transformation Opportunities Corporation. He received a Bachelor of Arts in biology and management science from UC San Diego and is a graduate of UCLA Anderson School of Management.
