Transparency in Coverage Rule
In response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule, this link leads to the machine-readable files that include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
Optiv’s 401(k) plan helps employees save for retirement by allowing both pre-tax and Roth employee contributions.
At Optiv, we work hard and play hard. We believe we’re more creative and productive when we have work-life balance. Recharge, our no-accrual vacation time-off plan, aims to provide just that for eligible exempt employees. Employees work with their managers and team members to ensure coverage while taking time off and return refreshed and energized.
(All other positions and non-exempt employees are offered a traditional, tenure-driven PTO plan with certain holidays per year depending on where you live in the world.)
