Optiv uses remarketing of Google AdWords (aka Google Ads). This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page or a site in the Google Display Network. This could also mean that we advertise to previous visitors who have not completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an inquiry.
We may receive Personal Information about you from your friends or colleagues who, through a “forward-to-a-friend” feature on the Site, invite you to visit the Site or to view certain content. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, such as industry-standard encryption technology (e.g., Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol), to help keep the information collected through the Site secure. Despite these efforts to store Personal Information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information during its transmission or its storage on our systems. We do not represent or warrant that Personal Information about you will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any Personal Information from children or minors (under the age of 18). In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child without parental consent, we will promptly take steps to delete that information.
