Spotlight: Creating Space for “Invisible Disabilities”

 

Raising awareness about neurodiversity is playing an emerging role in cultivating an inclusive workplace culture at Optiv. With wider awareness comes the opportunity for greater allyship and communication.

Empowering Our People

 

First formed in 2017, these Optiv’s represent the collective interests of our people and include sponsorship by one or more executive leadership team members.

The Value of Leaning In

 

Lean In Circles extend networking opportunities for members of the Optiv Women’s Network (OWN), which is the company’s oldest and largest ERG with nearly 300 members in the U.S., Canada and India.

Allyship in Action

 

The allyship committee gives employees the chance to engage, broaden awareness and be supportive. About 100 employees have attended workshops and activities to support Optiv’s ERGs.

Spotlight: Optiv Awards Scholarship to Texas High School Student

 

Nigel Tatem, a graduating high school student from Frisco, Texas, was named recipient of Optiv’s annual Black Employee Network (BEN) scholarship. The scholarship reflects Optiv’s efforts to empower future cyber leaders and address the industry’s talent shortage while simultaneously promoting inclusive representation.
