As chief financial officer (CFO) with Optiv, he is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, including the company’s ongoing investment in expanding operations and presence across North America and Europe. Cabi joined Optiv from InvestCloud, a singular, no-code software platform for innovative digital and commerce enablement within the financial services industry, where he was also CFO. Previously, he held senior financial roles at various technology, venture capital and investment banking organizations, including Zendesk, Blueshift Partners and Credit Suisse. With extensive professional experience building and growing financial planning and reporting systems, Cabi has also offered hands-on guidance via board and trustee positions, including with Arrive Technologies, Savvy Source, Just Desserts, Hualalai Ohana Foundation and The Hamlin School. Cabi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and received an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
