Make Your Voice Heard, Even if you are not Seated at the Table
Cybersecurity professionals can ensure their message is heard across the organization, especially at the executive level, even if they are not personally involved in discussions, by using the following techniques: proactively arming your boss, leveraging your peers and fostering relationships with the influencers. Leveraging your relationships and empowering others to carry the security message will enable business leaders to make informed decisions and increase the overall reach and effectiveness of your cybersecurity program.
