Accuvant Speaks at the 2004 Annual Business Survival and Recovery Conference

Cleveland, Ohio - September 10, 2004 - Accuvant, an elite provider of information security solutions, today announced that Matthew Basalla, Accuvant Senior Compliance Consultant, will speak at the 2004 Annual Business Survival and Recovery Conference for the Contingency Planners of Ohio (CPO) taking place at the Conference Center at North Pointe in Lewis Center, Ohio. Mr. Basalla will speak at 1:30 p.m on Tuesday, October 26, 2004.

Mr. Basalla will give a presentation entitled "New Regulations - SOX, HIPAA and GLBA." In his discussion, Mr. Basalla will discuss the impact of regulatory requirements including Sarbanes-Oxley(SOX), HIPAA, and Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLBA) on today's businesses. In addition, he will discuss practical solutions to addressing regulatory concerns, passing audits and reducing overall business risk.

The conference is open to members of the Contingency Planners of Ohio (CPO), a non-profit organization with more than 150 members. The primary mission of the CPO is to provide guidance with contingency planning and disaster recovery from business, industry, and government fields within Ohio.
