Strbiak is a seasoned business executive with nearly 30 years of experience in major companies including T-Mobile, Accenture and Washington Mutual. She has deep expertise in multiple domains of HR including: HR operations and payroll; HR technology; leadership and executive coaching; employee relations and investigations; rewards and recognition; mergers and acquisitions; organization design and workforce planning; employee development and talent management; and change management. Certified through the International Coach Federation as an executive and life coach, Strbiak believes in the greatness of each individual, and is committed to challenging people to find and live their true passions. Strbiak earned her MBA and a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
