An accomplished cyber security business professional with a distinguished background in (Identity and Access Management) as a practitioner who has also demonstrated tangible success in developing cross functional and global opportunities. The VP combines strategy and technical knowledge with relational sales experience and applies practical business and cyber security experience to formulate meaningful solutions that address the strategic needs of clients and effectively communicate that shared vision
The GM develops and provides a consultative and strategic vision for the practice by leveraging their experience from delivering and overseeing complex engagements to effectively develop and articulate solutions to customers, and present in well-constructed proposals that comprehensively and clearly defines the outcomes, approach, and delivery model.

401(k)
Optiv’s 401(k) plan helps employees save for retirement by allowing both pre-tax and Roth employee Contributions.
- Optiv will match 50 percent of your employee deferral contribution, up to 6 percent and an annual company match maximum.
- All employer matching contributions are immediately vested.
- Optiv promotes 401(k) planning and advice resources with education to help employees prepare for retirement.
Flexible Time-Off Policy
We are more productive and creative when we have a life balance. Exempt employees at Optiv are eligible for Recharge, our no-accrual time off plan.
- Positions that are classified as exempt in the United States and Canada will fall under Recharge, as well as certain business areas with salaried non-exempt employees.
- All other positions are offered a traditional, tenure driven PTO plan and certain holidays per year depending on where you live in the world.
- Employees work with their managers and team members to ensure coverage while taking time off. Our goal is to promote well-being, encourage employees to take time off, and return energized.
